Fees

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and understanding the practical details can help you decide whether we're a good fit.

Session Fees

55-minute individual therapy session:

$200

85-minute extended therapy session:

$300

Some clients choose extended sessions when working through complex trauma or when deeper processing benefits from additional time and a slower pace.

Initial 85-minute intake:

$300

Payment is due at the time of each session.

Credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted through a secure payment system.

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna for individual therapy.

Couples and family therapy are private pay and are not covered through my Aetna contract.

If you have a different insurance plan, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel.

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.

This policy allows me to offer consistent, reliable scheduling and ensures availability for clients who are waiting for appointments.

Good Faith Estimate

(No Surprises Act)

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs if you are not using insurance or are paying out of pocket.

A Good Faith Estimate is typically provided within one to three business days of scheduling.

Estimates may change if the scope or frequency of services changes.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
