Depression

Depression is marked by a persistent sense of sadness, worry, or emptiness. You may feel irritable, frustrated, or restless, and also experience guilt, low self-esteem, or a sense of being powerless.

Depression impacts your emotions, thoughts, and actions, potentially resulting in various emotional and physical issues. You may find it difficult to carry out everyday tasks, and at times, you might feel as though life lacks meaning.

​Depression can be incredibly challenging, draining your energy, joy, and ability to engage fully in life. It can also sever important bonds with those you care about. In severe situations, it may even threaten your very existence.
